Before you begin trading, you will need to register your business with Companies House. Once you have done this, your business is essentially formed.
We’re Companies House authorised so we can do this for you, as quickly and easily as possible. As well as providing you with essential extras you’ll need to start up, such as electronic copies of the Memorandum and Articles of Association and the Certificate of Incorporation. It can also be cheaper to form with us than to go to Companies House directly.
